Fracking Sandoval County Mural and Comic Book

Rio Rancho, NM — There is a new mural on Central Ave in Albuquerque, NM at Central and Tulane, on the side of the building of Film and Field, (a big shout to them) next to Arby’s in Nob Hill. The mural depicts Sandoval Commissioners Block and Chapman squarely on the side of the Oil and Gas industry with NMOGA gas representative Flynn, giving his song and dance routine, while there was limited the public comment and seating excluded many voices that were sent to overflow. The right side of the mural includes the science hydrologist, a member from the Pueblos who gave an eloquent speech to the Commission and an activist from Food and Water Watch. The quotes were taken from the meeting videos on the Sandoval County Oil and Gas Ordinance process over 2017.

There is a Comic Book in the making that will be released soon and we will announce it here.
